MUCHAP Newsletter August 2017 - February 2018

Welcome to the third edition of Makerere Centre for Health and Population Research(MUCHAP) Newsletter- a forum for sharing the center activity updates. This publication brings you highlights of some of the MUCHAP key activities which occurred between August 2017 and February2018. This has been a busy period with field work activities going on including the 20th update round and the nested research studies like Every Newborn Action Plan (ENAP) and the Mobile Phone Surveys for NCD risk factors (MoP-NCD).The team continues to anchor itself in population-based research and surveillance, working closely with departments of Makerere University for expertise in various areas.
